Your appointments are very important to me, they are reserved especially for you. It is understood that sometimes schedule changes are necessary, therefore I respectfully request at least 24 hours of notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving notice, the opportunity to fill that appointment time is lost, and clients on a waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. As a result, the following policies will be implemented. Cancellations: A cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of 24 hours of notice. If cancelling within the 24-hour window of your appointment, a 50% fee of the scheduled services is required to be paid prior to re-booking. No Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment, a 100% fee of scheduled service will be charged. Repeat Offenders: If you consistently cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your appointments, after the third time, you will only be able to make appointments by pre-paying for the scheduled service in full. The payment will not be credited or refunded if you do not show up or cancel. Late Policy: 5-minute late policy. If you are more than 5 minutes late you will be charged 50% of the service booked and must reschedule. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to assure being on time.
